This first article aimed to present
this blog goal, why and how I
created it and a brief introduction
about me.
The idea of creating my blog is not brand new as it has been going round in my head for several months now.. Yes I love writing, Yes I love sharing ! But is that enough ? before creating it, you always wonder if it worth it and what people will think of it… Well, now I am officially in for good !
I, Clémence D., 20 years old, a
Business Student living in the rainy Glasgow, am ready to live this “blog
adventure” by offering a simple and cultural blog, around traveling, hobbies
and culinary pleasure.
- About travelling: just between the adventurer side and the seeking of comfort, I adore travelling and discovering new places and cultures is my greatest passion.
- Regarding on the hobbies, besides exploring the world, I simply wanna share here the things I enjoy, under a cultural stance. It can be a book, a movie or an exhibition that I personally really like !
- Last but not least, as a pure French hedonist, one of the things I appreciate the most is enjoying a great dish with a glass (or more) of wine. I know this is such a French cliché, but it totally works for me ! The Culinary pleasure column will then talk about the “bonne bouffe” (can be translated as “great food”), “must-eat” restaurants and essential places, wine and other great things in the world !
Now dear reader, I guess your
questions have been cleared out and you can see what I am up to with this blog.
However, you may wonder why my blog’s name is WanderMust.
Wanderlust is the word I appreciate the most in English and it also describes who I am, a person eager to discover the world.

Then, “Must” appeals to me as the
things I must do in my life like taking part in the Rio Carnival, eating in Thierry Marx’s restaurant (ndlr: a very famous French
chef), doing a road trip through Eastern Europe, attending Roland Garros,…
